Close & Calnan Real Estate Advisors (“Close & Calnan,” “we,” “us”) is committed to protecting the personal information of visitors to this website and clients of the brokerage. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and how it is handled, in accordance with Alberta’s Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).
Information we collect
When you submit the contact form on this site, we collect the information you provide directly: your name, email address, phone number (if given), and the contents of your message. We do not use cookies, analytics trackers, or third-party advertising scripts on this site to collect personal information about visitors.
Why we collect it
We use the information you submit solely to respond to your inquiry and, where a business relationship follows, to provide real estate brokerage services. We do not sell, rent, or otherwise share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
How your information is handled
Contact form submissions are received by the brokerage and retained only as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry or, if a transaction proceeds, as required by our professional and regulatory record-keeping obligations under the Real Estate Council of Alberta (RECA). We take reasonable steps to protect the personal information in our custody from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.
Your rights
